That the existing utilities easement located in a tract of land located <br />in Lot Six (6) of Timberline Second Subdivision, more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 6, TIMBERLINE SECOND <br />SUBDIVISION; THENCE NORTH 02°24'S0" WEST A DISTANCE OF 52.95 FEET; <br />THENCE SOUTH 74°59' 10" EAST A DISTANCE OF 31.44 FEET; THENCE SOUTH <br />02°24'S0" EAST A DISTANCE OF 21.47 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 75°O1'30" EAST A <br />DISTANCE OF 711.02 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°04'30" EAST A DISTANCE OF 72.85 <br />FEET; THENCE SOUTH 74°59' 10" EAST A DISTANCE OF 109.25 FEET; THENCE <br />SOUTH 89°04'30" WEST A DISTANCE OF 182.08 FEET TO A POINT ON THE <br />NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY L1NE OF THE BN5F RAILROAD; THENCE NORTH <br />75°O1'30" WEST ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY A DISTANCE OF 737.25 FEET TO THE <br />POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />is hereby vacated.
