<br /> That Harold G. Strasser ar�d Louise �trasser his wife of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of $1.00
<br /> receipt of wh ich is he�eby acknawledged, for One (1) poles and One (1) anchors when set on the follawing
<br /> described property, do hereby grant and convey unto the Consumers Public Pawer District (hereinafter
<br /> called ttDistrict") its lessees, successors and as�igns, the permanent right, privilege and easea�ent of a
<br /> right-of�ay to construct,operate, maintain and remove all necessarp poles, wires, gups and other necessary
<br /> equipment in connection therewith, on and across the follawing described property situated in Hall County, �
<br /> Nebraska, more particularlp described as folla�s:

<br /> The pole iine herein contemplated shall be lxated on the property appraxi.matelp as follaws:
<br /> One (1) pole `to be located One Thousand 'iwenty feet (102f1}) South and Thirty Four feet (34t) East of
<br /> the Northwest (NW) corner of the Northwest quarter (NW4) of Section Twentp-Seven (27).
<br /> One (1) anchor (dawn-guy) to be located Fifteen feet (15�) East from the above n{entioned pole.
<br /> The District: shall also have the privilege and easemtnt of ingress and e�ress across the property to
<br /> its officer and employees f�r. any purpose necessary in connection with the constrnction, operation, n�in-
<br /> tenance, inspection and removal of said line.
<br /> The District shall also have the right at any time to trim or remove such trees and underbrush as may
<br /> in any wap endanger or interfere with the sal� operation of the lines and eqniDment used in connection
<br /> there��.th.
<br /> The flistrict shall at all times exercise all due care and dili�ence to avoid injury or damage to the
<br /> crops, .livestock and other personal property of the Grantor, and the District shall indemnify and save
<br /> harmless the Grantor from any such damage and loss arising or occurring to such property solely by reason
<br /> of the construction, operation, maintenance and removal of said transmission lines.
<br /> The District agrees that should the transmission lines eonStructed hereunder be abandoned for a period
<br /> of five years, the right-of�,+ay of� easement hereby secured shall then cease and terminate� and this contract
<br /> shall be of no further f orce and effect.
