<br /> depositors of the Peoples State Ba.nk of Grand Island, Nebraska, and their auccessor� in
<br /> offiae f rom the time �he trustees werQ appointed to liquidate the asse�s of the Bank; that
<br /> the liquidation thereof has been fully completed and tha.t for some years past the trustees
<br /> have no longer been functioning, there being no further assets requiring liquidation, and
<br /> that distributian has been made to depositors. Affiant further states that he was pereona�.l�r
<br /> � acquainted with C. I. Cates, one of the trustees, and that the C. I. Cates died in Hall �
<br /> County, Nebraska, January 23, 1937, and was also personally acquainted with W. A. Niehol�a

<br /> Af'fiant further states that upon the dea�h of C. I. Ca�es, Homer Bowen was appointed as
<br /> his suecessor, but tha� the said Homer Bowen died Ju1y 23, 19�3, a residen� and 3.nhabi�ant
<br /> of Ha11 Cour�ty, Nebraska, and that following the death of W. A.. Nicholas no successor was
<br /> appointed in his stead.
