<br /> above describsd, sh�.l1 be and the same hereby is extended for an additional period of
<br /> I three �3) years from the 31st day oP Mar�h, �953 upon the same covenants, terms and
<br /> Qonditions, as those spea�.fied in said lease, including all modifications or am�ndm�nts
<br /> thereof by sup lemental agreements, if any, execpt that the r�ntal durin� s�ch extended
<br /> term shall be ��,100.J0 per annum, payabl.e in sums of $675.00 per month.
<br /> 2. Tenant is hereby given an option to further extend the said lease upon the same
<br /> terms and conditions as those s�.�ecified in said lease, as amended by supplemen'Gal a�reements
<br /> (if any) , for an additional periad of two (2) years from the end oT the term of said lease
<br /> �s extended ';y this a�reement. If Tenant eleats to exereise said option, it shall do so
<br /> by �ivin�; Landlord written no�ice of its election to exercise said option at least six (6)
<br /> months before the end of the term of said lease as extended by this a�reement. If Tenant
<br /> �ives such notice, the term of said lease shall thereupon be automat3.ca11y extended for
<br /> such additional period of years without ex°cution of an extension or renewal lease, a� the
<br /> same rental as specified in para�raph 1 hereof.
