<br /> ) ss, I, Andrew W. Oliver, being first duly sworn on my oath depose and say that I am in
<br /> COUNTY OF HALL ) the employ of Livingston-Sondermann Funeral"Home in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and have been such for mors than five years Iast past; that I was a
<br /> neighbor of and personally well knew Dena Gjelsteen during her lifetime, wh o was the aaner as Joint Tenant
<br /> with Benjamin F.. Gjelsteen, her husband, of the follawing described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Seven (7) in Block Four (4) in Park Place Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> excepting therefrom a tract on the easterly side thereof more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Conunencing at a point on the easterly line of said Lot 7 a distance of Fifty-six (56) feet
<br /> I eight (8) inches northerlp from the southeast corner of said Lot 7, thence running westerly and
<br /> garallel to the southerly line of said Lot 'l, a distance of six (6) inches, thence running at
<br /> right angles northerly ar�d parallel to the easterl.y line of said Lot 7 a distance of twenty-
