<br /> (8) No worn out or discarded automobiles, machinery or parts thereof, shall be stored on any lot in
<br /> I the addition, no portion thereof shall be used for aut amobiles, junk piles, or storage of anp kind of
<br /> junk or waste material..
<br /> (9) These covenants, restrictions and conditions are to run with the land and shall be binding on
<br /> any pers ons and all parties claiming ohrnership of sad lots for a period of ten �ears (10) from the date
<br /> hereof, at which time said covenants, etc. shall be automatically extended for successive periods of ten
<br /> years (10), unless changed or modified by a vote of the majority of the then aMmers of the 1 ots of said
<br /> addition.
<br /> (10) If any o�mer of any lot, or their heirs or �assigns, shall violate or attempt to violate any of
<br /> the covenants, restrictions and conditions herein set forth, it shall be lawful for any other person or
<br /> persons awning anq real estate in said addition to proseeute such proceedings at law or in equity against
<br /> the person or persons violatip� or attempting to eiolate any such conditions, coven8�nts, etc, and t o prevent
<br /> him from so doing or to recover damages for such violation.
<br /> (11) If anp of the covenants, restrictions or conditions herein set forth are violated and declared
<br /> void by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining coven�nts, restrictions and co�itions shall not
<br /> be affected but shall stap in full f orce and effect.
<br /> (12) This agreement and the faithful performance of the terms thereof shall be binding upon heirs,
<br /> administrators, executors, assigns, grantees, and devisees, of the parties �o this contract, and upon the
<br /> purchaser or purchasers of any lot or lots in said ttMorris Second Addition.f�'°
