<br /> Affiants further state that on the llth day of May, 1923, Margaret Whitt, affiant herein purchased Lots
<br /> One (�) and Three (3) in Block Eighteen (18) in University Place, an Addition t o the City of Crand Island,
<br /> Ha11 County, Nebraska.
<br /> That said property was purchased at referee�s sale through the District Court of Hall Countp, Nebraska,
<br /> f or the sale of said lots to the plaintiff bp the referee was confirmed by the District Caurt of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and that the aff iant, Margaret Whitt, recorded said referee�s deed on May 12, 1923, in the Office
<br /> of the Register of Deeds uf Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 61, at page 272 of the Deed Records of Hall Countp,
<br /> � Nebraska. Affiants further state that at the time M�r�aret T�[hitt recorded said deed May 12th, 1923, she
<br /> took exc�usive possession of said premises and that the said Margaret Whitt and her husband, William E.
<br /> Whitt, affiants herein, have had sole and undisputed and exclusive possession of said premises up�to the
<br /> date of this affidavit. Affiants further state that they have resided in said premises part of the tinie
<br /> since thep purchased the premises and that during the remainder of said time the affiants have rented said
<br /> premises and have collected the rent from said premises during the time which they did not occupy said
<br /> premises thenselves. Affiants further state that no person or persons have ever questioned the title of
<br /> awnership of said premises, and that no person has ever made any claim to said premises or any part�:hereof
<br /> That the affiants were in possession of all of said premises at the date of the recording of the deed on
<br /> May 11, 1923, up until the 17th day of January, 1946, on which date, the affiants herein sold said premises
<br /> to Ben E. Gaast and Dorothy Gaast, and we executed a deed to the said Ben E. Gaast and Dorothy Gaast, for
<br /> the above described property.
