<br /> C�unsel for defendant asked in upen ceurt for permicsion to file an amerfded answer and a cross-petition

<br /> It was thereupon ordered that defendant be permitted to file an amended answer and cross-petition instanter
<br /> and that plainti_ff be permitted to file a cesponsive pleading herein.
<br /> Thereupot� on the same day the trial af such cause, heretofore reczssed on April 9, _1951, �ti�as resumed.
<br /> The plaintiff produced ad.di.tionaJ. evidence and rested. The Defendant thereupon produced her evidence and
<br /> rested. Thereupon both parties ha��ing finall3 rested, the cause was submitted to the court, and taken by the

<br /> On August 6, 1951, at the #ns�ance of the court the parties a.ppeared by their respective couns�l and the
