<br /> It was thereupon ordered that defendant be permitted to file an amended answer and cross-petition instanter
<br /> and that plainti_ff be permitted to file a cesponsive pleading herein.
<br /> Thereupot� on the same day the trial af such cause, heretofore reczssed on April 9, _1951, �ti�as resumed.
<br /> The plaintiff produced ad.di.tionaJ. evidence and rested. The Defendant thereupon produced her evidence and
