<br /> to be due or received from said proper'ty and hereby agree that in case oP defaul� of the
<br /> paymen� of any taxes when the same shall become delinquent, or in the case of default of
<br /> the payment of any �,nterest on said mort�age, or in the default in the payment of any
<br /> insurance when due, or upon the payment of the principal of said mortgage when the same
<br /> shall become due, then and in any of the said events, the Nebraska Loan & �rust Company is
<br /> hereby authorized and empowered �o collect all ren�s from said property and to apply the
<br /> same to the payment of the taxes, the interest, insurance or principal which may be in
<br /> default and this assignment shal� constitu�e sufficient authority f or eaid Nebraska Loan
<br /> & Trust Company to collect and apply said rents as above se� for�h and the underaigned
<br /> furth�r consents, in cas� of default, to the immediate appointment of a receiver upon

<br /> Nebraska State Savings and Loan Association, or either of them, are hereby authorized to execute on behalf
<br /> of the Nebraska State Savings and Loan Association, any and all releases of mortgages, deeds, releases of
<br /> rent assignments or other instruments of similar nature, and be it further resolved that any releases of
<br /> mortgages, rent assignments or any deeds heretofore executed by either of said above named off icers on behalf
