<br /> An O�dinance extending th� corporate limits of the Citp of Grand Island, Nebraska, by annexi�g thereto and
<br /> incl uding therein Anderson Sabdivision; approving the plat of said subdivision, and all proceedings had and '
<br /> done concerriii�g the annexation of said subdivision.
<br /> WHEREAS, Clarence T. Golus and Doris Y. Golus, hnsband and wife, Florence N. Hutchins and F1opd P.
<br /> Hutchins, wife and husband, and Eugene W. Anderson, have made application to the City of Grand Island
<br /> requesting the annexation of Anderson Subdivision by said Citp and that the corporate limits of said city
<br /> be extended to include said subdivision, and have �bmitted therewith a plat showing the lots and blocks
<br /> co�iprising said subdivision, together with streets and avenues and easements and right-of way for utilities
<br /> and public ways, which said plat was filed f or record in the office of the Register of De�ds of Hall Countp,
<br /> Nebraska, on the 21st day of June, 1951, recorded in Book No. 101 of the Deed Record at page 128, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Connnission of the City of Grand Island has approved the plat of said Subdivision, '
<br /> and the City Council has examined said plat and finds that the same should be approved, and the application
<br /> to have said subdivision incorporated within the� City of Grand Island should be granted.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COtJNCIL of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br /> SECTION l. That the application of Clarence T. Golus and Doris Y. Golus, husband and wife, Florence
<br /> N. Hutchins and Floyd P. Hutchins, wife and husband, and Eugene W. Anderson, to have Anderson Subdivision
<br /> annexed to said City of Grand Island, i�ebraska, be, and the same is hereby granted; that the plat of said
<br /> subdivision, n�,► on file in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, laping out said
<br /> land into lots, blocks, stxeet� avenues and easements for public utilities and pub�.ic ways, be, and the same is
<br /> hereby in all respects approved. ,
<br /> SECTION 2. That the Citp Clerk shall file in the off ice of the Register of Deeds, a certifi�d copy of .
<br /> this ordinance, and that the filing thereof shall constitute an approval of the City Council of the plat of
<br /> Anderson Subdivision.
<br /> SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage, approval
<br /> and publication as g� ovided by law.
<br /> Passed and approved by a majority vote of the members of the City Council, this the 30th dap of April,
<br /> 1952.
