<br /> An Ordinance vacating that part of the alleys in Block Three (3) and Four (4), Westts Subdivision of a �
<br /> part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter �NW4NEq) of Section Twenty (20), Tawnship Eleven (11),
<br /> North, Range Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska, extending from the north line of Block Three (3) to the present
<br /> southerly line of Block Four (4) in said Subdivision, except that part of said alley nc�w included in the
<br /> right-of�ay which was conden�ed for highway viaduct purposes, and that part of Thorn Street exrtending west-
<br /> i�ard from the west line of Waldo Avenue to the west line of Blocks Three (3) and Four (4) of said West�s
<br /> Subdivision, and reserving unto the said citp title to that part of said Thorn Street so vacated, and further
<br /> reservin� unto said city an easement over said alleys so vacated f or utility purposes.

<br /> SECTION 1. �hat that part of the alleys in Blocks Three (3) and Four (4), Westts Subdivision of a part
<br /> pf the Northwest �narter of theNortheast Qua.rter (NW�NE4) of Section Twentp (20), Tawnship Eleven (11),
<br /> North, Tange Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska, extending from the north line of said Block Three (3) to the
<br /> present southerly line of said Block Four (4) in said Subdivision, except that pa.rt of said alley na+
<br /> - �.ncluded in th� right-of�ray which was condemned f or highway viaduct purposes, be, and the same are herebp
<br /> �acated.

<br /> i SECTION 2. That the alleys so vacated shall revert to the owners of the ad3acent real estate one-half ani
<br /> �ach side thereof; Provided, ho�wever, the said City of Grand Islatd hereby reserves �n�o i.tself an easement aver,
<br /> �,long and across said alleys so vacated on which to construct, operate and maintain utilities.
<br /> SECTION 3. That that part of Thorn Street extending westward from the west line of Waldo Avenue to the
<br /> west line of Blocks Three (3) and Four (4) of said We�t�s Subdivision be, and the same is hereby vacated. It
<br /> being understood that the title to that part of said street so vacated shall be and remain in the said Citp
<br /> bf Grand Island.
<br /> SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage, approval and
<br /> �ublication as required �ig law.
