<br /> familiar with the value of real estate in such county, and was familiar with the value of real estate in

<br /> I was familiar with Fractional Lot Five (5), in Fractional Block One Hundred Eleven (lIl), of Railroad
<br /> Addition to Grand Island, and Fra,ctional Lot Five (5), in Fractional Block Seventeen (17), to Rollins Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand Island. In a�y opinion, such r eal property was of the total value of $11,000.00 on
<br /> March 26, 1943.

<br /> af Rollins Addition, both being Additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and am now in
<br /> possession thereof.
<br /> I am also the sole devisee and ls gatee under the will and the surviving spouse of William A. Stewart,
<br /> deceased, whose estate and will have heretofore been probated as Case No. 3301, in the County Court of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska.
<br /> All of the real property which I received under the will of William A. Stewart, deceased is deseribed
<br /> in the inventory filed in such estate proceeding.
<br /> One item of property, namely an automobile, was ommitted fro m the inventory and was, hawever, authorized
<br /> by the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, to subsequently be sold.
<br /> The property held by me joir.tly, not as a tenant in common, with such William A. Stewart, with right
<br /> of survivorship, consisted o+� the following: none. The total value of all property of such William A.
<br /> Stewart, deceased, inclu3ing all property held by him jointly with right of survivorship with any other
<br /> person did not exceed $6000.00 in value at the time of his death.
