<br /> Hall County, Nebraska; that he left surviving him as his next of kin and sole heirs at '
<br /> law, a Vridow, your petitioner, Marie 0. Lundgren, and an adopted son, Keith M. Lundgren,
<br /> of legal a�e; tha� on February i5, 19�.5, affiant and her husband, Walter G. Lundgren,
<br /> purchased Lot 6 in Block 5, Ko�hler Place Addition, to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, N�braska, which was their home at the time of his death; that affiant paid more
<br /> then one-half of the purchase price of said �remises and the title there�o was t�.ken in
<br /> the name of affiant and said Walter G. Lundgren as ,�oint tenants, and no� as tenants in

<br /> she sold and conveyed said lot to Carl J. Ode and Lelia L. Ode, hig t�rif e, for a considerat�.on
<br /> of �7,500. 00; that the value of said real estate on September 7 , 1948, the date of the
<br /> death of her husband, ti�lalter G. Lundgren, was not to exceed said amount.
<br /> That gaid �talter G. Lundgren, at the time of his death, was the owner of a 1933 Reo
<br /> Coupe au'�omobile , which was assessed f or tax purposes in 1943 at �30. 00, and �Ghat the '
<br /> value of the sa.me was not to exceed �1d0. 00; that aff'iant and said Wal.ter G. Lundgren had
<br /> a ,joint bank account and �ha.t the balance in said accoun� at the time of his dea�h was
<br /> not to exceed �300.00.
<br /> That the sa.id Walter G. Lundgren left no other property, real, personal, or mixed, at
<br /> the time of hia death, except th�.t enumerated above, and tha'� there is no inheritance ta,x .
