<br /> repair a.11 damages resulting from fire or other cause as soon as can reasonably be done to restore the

<br /> The Lessors also agree to furnish and make available rest rooms for customers and employees of the Less�e
<br /> in the building known as the Shamrock on a 24 hour basis. In the event the Shamrock building should be
<br /> destroyed by f ire or other cause so that rest rooms are not available, Lessors agre� as soon as �ossible to
<br /> make available other rest rooms for employees and customers of the Lessee.
<br /> The pa.rties hereto agree that the use of the driveway ad�acent to the premises hereinabove described '
<br /> and along the south side of theShamrock building shall be maintained and used in such manner that neither
<br /> wi11 interfere with the other, it being recognized that the operation of the separate businesses are mutually
<br /> beneficial to the parties hereto.
<br /> The covenants herein contained shall extend to ard be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators;
<br /> and assigns of the parties hereto.
