<br /> WTTNESSETH, That the said party of the first part agrees to sell and convey to the party of the second
<br /> part, the follawing described property, to-wit: The Westerly Sixty (60) Feet of Fractiona.l Lot Four (4) in �
<br /> Block One (1) of Arnold ��+Abbottts Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and its Complement: The
<br /> Westerlp Siactp (60) Feet of Fractional Lot Four (4) Block 'I�,renty (20) af Rollinst Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> To include all beds, furniture, linens, kitchen equipment of all kinds in the home except six sets of person�l
<br /> bed linens, six pillows, six blankets, six quilts, Coronado Radio, two clocks, siac kitchen kettles and six
<br /> plans.
<br /> The said above described property to be valued at $12,000.00 and to be free and clear of al 1 encumbranc�s,
<br /> except as hereinafter stated
<br /> Party of first part to paq 1951 real estate taxes and all assess�nents against this propertp that are a
<br /> lien on March 15, 1952.
<br /> The said party of the second part hereby agrees to give in payment for the above described propertp $S,m00.00
<br /> in eash and the propertg hereinafter described as follows, to-wit: (Five Thousand and no/100 Dollars)
<br /> Lots four (4) and Five (5) in Block Thirtp (30) Packer and Barrfs Second Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska. (Known as 224 North Ruby Str�et. To inclnde the gas circulating hea�er
<br /> in the kitchen, all linoleum and congolevm floor coverings.
<br /> Par:�y of second part to pay 1951 real estate taxes and all assessments a�ainst this property that are '
<br /> a lien on March 15, 1952.
<br /> The said above described property to be valued at $?Q00.00 and to be free and clear of a11 encumbrances�
<br /> except as hereinafter set forth no exceptions
<br /> It is understood and agreed tha.t party of second part is to make application through any lending agen�y
<br /> for a loan of $5000 on the Schafer property described above and party of first part agreesto carry in the fo�m
<br /> of a deferred stock certificar,e in a Building and Loan Association, the differenc� between _the amount the
<br /> Loan Association will grant �i� : pa rtp of second part on a cash loan and the $5000.
<br /> Each party agrees to furnish to the other party on the execution and delivery of the warrantp deeds
<br /> herein provided, in case said propier�ty is real estate, an abstract of the property conveqed by them showing
<br /> a good and sufficient title to the s�id real estate to the date of this contract, and in case said property is
<br /> personal property, to furnish a �ood and sufficient bill of sale thereto. And it is further agreed that in
<br /> ease either of the parties hereto shall fail to ptrform the stipulations of this contract or anq part of the !same,
<br /> the failing partp sitall pay the other party to this contract the sum of One Thousand and no/100 DOLLARS as
<br /> damases for non-fulfillment of contract. We each have inspected each otiherts property and are dealing solel�
<br /> on our uwn judgment and not upon any representations that have been rnade to us, and have carefully read this
<br /> contra�t before signing. This deal to be finally consummated on or before March 15, 1952.
