<br /> 6. The lessor,�ft�rnish to the Government, during the occupancy of said premises, und.er the terms of ;
<br /> this lea.se, as part of the rental considerati.on, the fol.lowing:

<br /> 7. The lessor shall not, during the term of this lease erect any structures on the premises, nor
<br /> use ncr allow the use of the sai.d premises in any ma.nner without the iaritten consent of the Department of
<br /> Commerce, Civil Aer�nautics Administration,
<br /> �. The Governmenr, s��a11 have the right., during the existence of this lease, to make alterations, attach
<br /> fixtures, a.nd erect additi�ns, structures or signs, in or upon the premises hereby leased, which fixtures,
<br /> addition�, or structures so place3 ir. or upon or attached to the said premises shall be and remain the
<br /> property of the Go�-ernment and may be removed therefrom by the Government upon the termination of this lease
<br /> or within Q{1 days thereafter.
<br /> 9. The Government shall pay the lessor, far the premises, rent at the following rate: One Hundred
<br /> rifty and (�0/10{? Dollars (�150.00) per annum. This l�ase is s�zbject to an appropriation by Congress of the
<br /> necessary funds from which payments may be made. Payment shall be made at the end of each Quarter. This
<br /> lease also subiect to pro�-isions af the Rene�otiation Acr. of 1951.
<br /> ���� 10. ]�o Member of or Delegate to Congress or Resident Commissioner shall be admitted *..o any share or part
<br /> of r.his 1.t�ase� ar tc� any benefit to arise therefrom. Nothing, however, herein contained shall be construed '
<br /> to exten�i to any nnc��rporated company, if the lease be for the general benefit of such corporation or compar[y.

<br /> 11. This lease supersedes lease :�o. C5ca-5084 which expires by li_mitation June 30, 1952. `
<br /> I.2. The last sentence of ��rtic]e 2, page one hereof, beginn�ng t'Together with," and Article 5, page
<br /> two hereef, were deleted, and Article,s 11 and 12 hereof were added prior to the signature of all parties
