<br /> That we met on the 10 day of August, 1903, for the purpose of assessing the damages which the said
<br /> Antonie Voss, widow of Hans Voss (deceased), Administratrix of the estate of Hans Voss (deceased) and
<br /> mother and nar,ural guardian of the minor heirs of Hans Voss (deceased) and Emil Voss, Adolf Voss, Hartwig
<br /> Voss, Frida Voss and Ber3�hard Voss, minor heirs of Hans Voss (deceased), owners, will sustain by reason of �
<br /> the appropriation by said ttnion Pacific Railroad Company of the following described real estate, situated
<br /> in said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to wit: ;
<br />' Al1 that pc�rtion of East Half of Southwest Quarter of Section Eleven in Township Eleven north of
<br /> Range Nine West (�z of S, [d. I/4 of Sec. 11 in 'I�.tp. 11 N of R 9 W) of the Sixth (6) Principal Meridian
<br /> i lying between lines parallel with ar_d two hundred (200) and Four hundred (400) feet distant, respectivelp
<br /> south of the center li.ne of the south main track over, *hrough and across said east half of southwest
<br /> quarter of said section eleven. '
<br /> And having been duly sworn to well and impartially assess all such damages we proceeded to inspect
<br /> and view the said above described real estate and the location of the railroad of said Railroad Company
<br /> thereon, and that on said 10 day of August, 1903, we did go upon said premises and did carefnlly view and
<br /> inspect the same, and that after carefully viewing and inspecting said premises and making a careful
<br /> examination thereof,
<br /> We find, that said tlnion Pacific Railroad Company has taken and appropriated all of the above said real
<br /> estate for right-of-way, depot grounds, freight yards and other railroad purposes as follows:
<br /> All that portion of .F.ast Half of Southwest Quarter of Section Eleven in Township Eleven North of
<br /> Range A'ine West (E l./2 of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 11 in �p. 11 N of R 9 W) of the Sixth (6) Principal Meridian
<br /> lying between lines parallel with and two hundre3 (200) and Four Hundred (400) feet distant, respectively,
<br /> south of the center line o#' the south main track of Union Pacific Railroad as nc�w located conszructed and
<br /> ,
<br /> operated upon, over, through and across said east half of southwest quarter of said section eleven, in
<br /> Nall Coun*y, NQbraska.
<br /> And we do assess the damages susta.ined by said Antonie Voss, widow of Hans Voss (deceased), Administratrix
<br /> of the estate of Hans Voss, (deceased) and mother and natural guardian of the minor heirs of Hans Voss
<br /> (deceased), and l;mil Voss, Adolf Voss, Hartwig �'oss, Frida Voss, and Bernhard Voss, minor heirs of Hans
<br /> Voss (deceased), owners of said tract of land, by reason of the appropriation of the same for the use of
<br /> said L?nion Pacific Railroa3 Company at the sum of,
