<br /> many years at S11 West Ninth Street in the city of Grand Island; the said affiant was also well acquainted
<br /> with their daughter, Mary Jane Cosgrove also known as Mary J. Cosgrove. ,
<br /> Affiant knows of his own personal knowledge that the said Margaret Cosgrove was the owner in fee of
<br /> lot three (3) in block eleven (11), H. G. Clark�s addition to the city � Grand Island, which was also
<br /> known as 811 West Ni�th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, and which the said Margaret Cosgrove in her awn
<br /> right, and Timothy Cosgrove, her husband, deeded to the said Mary J. Cosgrove by warrant"y deed dated
<br /> August 2, 1920, wherein the grantors reserved a life estate in said propertp to the survivor of either of
<br /> them during the term of their natural life.
<br /> Affiant further deposes and states that he knows of his a�m personal knowledge that both the said
<br /> Margaret Cosgrove and Timothy Cosgrove, her husband, have both been deceased f or many years.
<br /> Affiant further deposes and states that he know� that of his �n personal knowledge= that riary J.
<br /> Cosgrove the grantee in the deed above referred to is one and the same person as Mary Jane Cosgrove whose
<br /> death occurred at Kearney, Nebraska, on the date of October 30, 1950, and knows of his own personal
<br /> knowledge that the said Mary Jane Cosgrove also known as Mary J. Cosgrove was in open notorious possession
<br /> of said premises from many years prior to h�r death.
