<br /> Court, and from an examination of the files the Court finds that plaintifffs attorney herein has filed his affidavit
<br /> positively setting forth that the defendant Arnold C. Koenig, is not now engaged in the Military Service of the
<br /> United States of 1lmerica or any of its t�llies and is under no order to report f or induction therein, nor is he -
<br /> a Member of the Fnlisted Reserve Corps under order to report for such service, nor is he by any of said
<br /> reasons deprived of an opportunity to answer plaintiffsf petition herein filed nor thereby prevented from
<br /> ap�earing in this cause and the Court finds that he was duly served with process but has failed to appear,
<br /> ans;�er or otherwise plead; the Court theref ore finds the defendant Arnold C. Koenig to be in default, and
