<br /> between such lots One (1) and 'I�ao (2) and to enter upon such Northerly Sixty-Seven (67) Feet of Lot One (1)

<br /> doing, h.owever, no unnecessa.ry damage to such premises and restoring the surface thereof when opened up as

<br /> relay and remove the sanitary sewer pipe extending from such dwelling house located on the Northerly Sixty-
<br /> Seven (67) Feet of Lot One (1) along, or as near as ma.y be to, the line b�tween the Southerly Sixty-Five
<br /> (65) Feet of such Lot One (1) and the Southerly Sixty-Five (65) Feet of the Fasterly Thirty (30) Feet of
<br /> such Lot T�ao (2) and to enter upon such Southerly Sixty-Five (65) Feet of Lot One (1} and the Easterly
<br /> Thirty (30) Feet of Lot Two (2) as occasion may require, doing, however, no �inneeessa.ry damage to such premises
<br /> and restoring the surface thereof when opened up as soon thereafter as reasonably may be, provided, that
<br /> second pa,rties may, at their own e.xpense if they desire so to do, re-locate and relay such sanitary sewer
<br /> pipe along the line between the Southerly Sixty-Five (65) Feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2) respectively to
<br /> the alley i.n such Block Twenty-One (21).
<br /> 3. �econd parties, their heirs and assigns shall at all times hereafter refrain from constructing
<br /> any buildin� or buildings upon such Southerly Sixty-Five (65) Feet of Lot One (1) and �i?d the Easterly
<br /> Thirty (30) Feet of Lot Two (2) in a manner or place which will cut off or prevent acc�ss to such sanitary
<br /> sewer pipe line as above described.
<br /> 4. The easements herein for water and gas pipe lines shall further be for the benefit and use of the
<br /> City Water Department a.nd The 1lorthwestern Public Service Company as suppliers of water and gas to such
<br /> Southerly S�.ty-Five (65),'Feet of Lot One (1) and the Easterly Thirty (30) Feet of Lot 7�'wo (2).
