<br /> above described premises, which deed bears date of December 29, 1941;and is recorded in Book 82 at Page 162
<br /> of the deed records of Ha.11 County, Nebraska, that he knows of his own personal knowledge that the said
<br /> Augusta Engellander, departed this life on the 16 day of Oct., 1946, and that the said Augusta Engellander :
<br /> was buried �n the Forest Lawn Cemetery on 18th day of Cct. 1951, Omaha, r'ebraska and that this affiant
<br /> officiated at said funeral.

<br /> patent is recorded in Vol T14�T at page "415tt in said records was my father who died in Rock County,
<br /> Nebraska on the 26" day of April A. D. 1891 and a copy of �,rhose will has been recorded in book tf4111 at page
<br /> �'215" in said rec�rds; that his wife �va Margaretha Opp, was my mother who preceded him in death on the 4��
<br /> day of elugust �!. D. 1876; that to my personal knowledge my father left no debts of any kind, the expenses of
<br /> his last illness a.nd his funeral expenses having been paid by my brothers John Opp, Christopher Opp and
<br /> �rhard Opp.
