<br /> WHEREAS Bernard Rowley of Ldood River, Nebr, County of Ha11, State of Nebraska hereinafter called the
<br /> 'fborrowertt, has applied to the Commodity Credit Corporation for a loan or for the guarantee of a loan for ��
<br /> the purpose of purehasing and erecting or constructing �he f ollowing stora�e structures to wit:

<br /> on the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall S�ate of Nebraska; on the of the �

<br /> or its approved lending agency a mortgage lien on said storage �tructure;

<br /> Now, Therefore, the parties hereto do covenant and agree that such structures and equipment: v

<br /> 1. shall remain severed from said real estQte; and,
<br /> 2. even if attached to the realty, shall re�ain their personal character, shall be removable from the
<br /> real estate, shall be treated as personal propertp with respect to the rights of the parties, and
<br /> �hall not become f ixtures or a part of the real estate; and,
<br /> , 3. shall not be subject to the lien of anp security transaction or instrument heretofore or hereafter
<br /> arising ag�.in.st the structure or realty on which it is placed, until,
<br /> (a) the expiration of Commodity Credit Cprporation�s lien and any extension or renewal thereof;

<br /> (b) until repayment o� said loan,

<br /> to F. P. Hutchins of Ord Nebra�ka, and authorize the assi�nee or assignees thereof a,nd their heirs and assig�is
