<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned are the owners of that certain �property described in mortgage owned and held
<br /> by THE PRUDENTIAL IATSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, dated July 30, 1951 and recorded in Book 89, pa.ge 399 of the
<br /> Records of Hall County, Nebraska, said mortgage securing the payment of a note owned and held by TI�
<br /> PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, which note is more specifically described. in said mortgage.
<br /> WHEREAS, said note and mortgage provide for principal and interest to be paid in monthly instalments
<br /> beginning February lst, 1952 and provide that the balance of' the principal shall be due and papable on
<br /> January lst, 1972.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed by the undersigned that the terms of said note and mortgage shallbe
<br /> modified to provide f or princi�al and interest to be paid in rnonthly instalments beginning October lst, 1951,
<br />, and provide that the balance of the prineipal shall be due and payable on September lst, 1971.
<br /> �t is understood and agreed that except as herein modified the terrns and conditions of said note and
<br /> mortgage shall remain unchanged. �
