<br /> Grand Islanci, ?�ebraska, requesting that a sewer district be established and that a sanitary sewer be con-
<br /> structed over, aleng and across BZock T�welve (IZ), 8ogg�s and Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island, and
<br />, ��'HEREAS, no alley exists in said block and it will be necessary that said sewer be constructed over and
<br /> across pri_vate property, and
<br /> t�'HERr�'1S, certai.n persons owning property in Block Twelve (12), BoggTS and Hill Addition, have expressed
<br /> their willingness to grant and convey unto the City of Gra.nd Isla.nd a perpetual easement over, along and
<br /> across thei.r lots, tracts a.nd parcels of land on which to construct said sewer.
<br /> THEREFORE BI; IT RESGLVF,D by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that an agreement
<br /> .for the right-of-way on which to l�y and construct said se�aer across said Block 'Itaelve (12), Bogg�s and Hill
<br /> Addition, be entered into by and between the City of Crand Isla.nd and the property awners residing in and
<br /> o�,�ming lands i.n said block and that �he President of the City Council and City Clerk be and they are hereby
<br /> authorized to sign s�i.d agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
