<br /> WHFRE�S, on the lSth day of October, 1950, a petition was filed with the City Council of the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, requesting that a. sewer district be established and that a sanitary sewer be ,
<br /> constructed over, al�ng and across Block 'l�aelve (12), Bogg�s and Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island,= "

<br /> WHEREAS, no alley exists in said block and it will be necessary that said sewer be constructed over
<br /> and across private �roperty, ar,d
<br /> t�HEREAS, certai.n persons owning property in Block Twelve (12), Bogg�s and Hill Addition, have
<br /> expressed their wi.11ingness to grant and convey unto the City of Gr.and Island a perpetual easement over 'k� '
<br /> along and across their lots, tra.cts and parcels of land on which to construct said sewer. ��'���� �

<br /> THERFFORF BE 7T RFSOLVED by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that an agreement
<br /> .f or the right-of--�ay on which to lay and construct said sewer across said Block 'I�,�elve (12), Boggfs and
<br /> Hill Addition, be entered into by and between the City of Grand Island and the property owners residing in
<br /> and owning lands zn said block and that the President of the City Council and City Clerk be and they are
<br /> hereby authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Islan.d.
