<br /> Laura W. .Dodge, his wife, conveyed Lot No. S9 and 60 in Belmont Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebr.
<br /> to Leonard A. Smith and by provision of such deeds said conveyance was made subject to certain conditions attd
<br /> restrictions and said d�eds provided further that any violation of said conditions and restrictions should
<br /> cause the title thereby conveyed to revest i�� the said ?�. P. Dodge, Tr., and Laura W. Dodge.
<br /> WHEREAS, it is the purpose of said N. P. Dodge, Jr., and Laura W. Dodge, his wife, to waive, release �nd
<br /> discharge Lot No. S9 and 60 in Belmont Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska from the provisron
<br /> of said deeds providing for a reversion of title to said grantors upon violation of any of the co�iditions
<br /> or restrictions therein contained.
<br /> NOW, THER�FORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknawledged,
<br /> and other valuable consideration, the said r. P. Dodge, Jr., and La.ura W. Dodge, his wife, do hereby waive
<br /> and release their right to a reversion of the title to said lots, as provided in their deeds, and said
<br /> grantors hereby release and discharge said property from such provision for reversion.
<br /> This instrument is intended to release and discharge said property from the provisior. for reversion contained
<br /> in said deeds only, and does not waive, release or da�charge said property from the aonditions and
<br /> restrictions upon same as fiaced and provided for in sai� deeds and as provided to run with the Tand conveyed
<br /> in same.
