<br /> Miller (also knawn as Susan Miller) one of the grantees in a certain Warranty Deed conveying the above
<br /> described premises, which Deed is recorded in Book 90, at page 401, of the Deed Records of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska; that affiant personallp knaw,� of his own personal knowledge that the above referred to Suzan
<br /> Miller (also knawn as Susan Miller) departed this life on the 30th day of June, 1951; that the affiant
<br /> prepared her remains for burial and officiated at her funeral which was had on the 3rd day of July, 1951,
<br /> and that her remains were buried in Grand Island Cemetary, Grand Island, Nebraska.
