<br /> County of Hall ) he is a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and has been such for
<br /> o�er thirty-five years;
<br /> That, he is a duly licensed embalmer and funeral �director of the State of Nebraska;
<br /> That, on May 31, 1949, William A. Crabtree, a resident of 1107 South Locust Street, Crand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, did die and that the affiant did prepare his bady for burial on that dap; .
<br /> That, affiant did conduct fuaeral serviees for the said William A. Crabtree, deceased, on the
<br /> date, June 3, 1949, and did supervise the burial of the said William A. Crabtree on that date in Grand Island
<br /> cemetery, located at Grand Island, Ha�� County, Nebraska;
<br /> That, affiant was personally acquainted With the said William A. Crabtree, did view the dead
<br /> body of the said William A. Crabtree, and did ascertain that same was the dead body of William A. Crabtree.
<br /> Further, affiant sa�eth not.

<br /> March 8, 1948, authorizing the sale of property described as Lots 60, 61, 62 and 63, in West
