<br /> In consideration of Emil R. Guendel and Helen Guendel or survivor of Grand Island, Nebraska, makin�
<br /> a loan to me/us the undersigned, in the sum of $5300.00, which is to be secured bp a First Mortgage on the
<br /> follawing described real estate:
<br /> Lot Six (6) in Block Seventy-five (�5) in the Original Town, na,► �itp fo Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> and for the purpose of further securing said loan we here sell, assign and transfer unto Emil R. Guendel
<br /> and Helen Guendel or the survivor, Grand Island, Nebraska, all rents or rentals and income to be due or
<br /> received from said property and hereby agree that in case of default of the payment of anp taxes whea the
<br /> same shall become delinquent or in the case of default +�f the payment of any interest on said mortgage, or
<br /> in the default in the payment of any insurance when due, or upon the payment of the principal of sai.d
<br /> martgage when the same shall become due then, and in anp of the said events, Emil R. Guendel : ' �" '
<br /> � : :. ,ind Helen Guendel or survivor are hereby authorized and empa+►ered to collect all rents from said
<br /> property and to apply the same to the payment of the taues, the interest, insurance or principal which map
<br /> be in default and this assignment shall constitute sufficient authority for said Emil R. Gu�ndel and Helen
<br /> Guendel or survivor to collect and apply said rents as above set forth and the undersigned further consents,
<br /> in c ase of default, to the immediate appointment of a receiver upon application to the court having
<br /> jurisdiction for the purpose of collection of said rents or rentals as set forth.
<br /> This assignmenx shall be irrevocable until said mortgage and all delinquent taxes, interest and
<br /> insurance premiums have been paid in accordance with the terms of the mortgage to be executed by us on the
<br /> above property.
