Lessee agrees to pay the follcywing rent for said premises: <br /> 3/4 cent per gallon on all gasoline delivered �nto tanks located on the above described prenises <br /> The rental provided herein shall be paid on or before the 15th day of the month next following the <br /> month in which the sale is made. <br /> (4) Maintenance. (a) Lessor agrees to maintain said premises and improvements (except anq improve- <br /> ments owned by Lessee) in good repair during the term of this lease (except as herea�ter in subCrsection <br /> n(b)tf of this claase provided), and to rebuild within sixty (60) day�,�: anq structures and equipment on said <br />
