<br /> Eva Lambert Blenkiron, recorded in Book 76 at page 20 of the deed records of said Hall Cocmtp on his oath
<br /> �tates; that he has been well acquainted with all the defendant� �in the tenth cause of action in case No.
<br /> 7684, Gillan V. Geisin�er et al., for more than 30 pears last past; that affiant acted as attornep for Eva
<br /> � Lambert Blenkiron in said action and in the p�rchase of the land described in said sheriff�s deed at said
<br /> foreclosure sale and examined the plead�ings, process and 3lxlgment of foreclosure arxl sale in said tenth cause
<br /> of action in said case no. 7684 to see that she could safely bid at said foreclosure sale and that he found
<br /> that all of the defendants in said tenth cause of action had been duly served with process therein, either
<br /> personally or bp publication and that she coeal.d safely bid for the property described in the tenth cause of
<br /> action at the foreclosure sale; that he personally bid in the same €or her and in her naree at the foreclosure
<br /> sale; that since October ?, 1935, said Eva Lambert Blenkiron has been in the exclusive, actual, peaceable,
<br /> continuous, notorious and adverse possession of said premises by tenants to date hereof and affiant during
<br />� all of that time has been renting the same for her and collecting the rents, isst�s and profits thereof and
<br /> remitting all of the same to Eva Lambert Blenkiron; that after said foreclosure sale, when a pnntion of the
<br /> land described in said sheriff�s deed was condemned by the United States for Broadwell Courts, affiant
<br /> represented her in the condemnation proceedings and forwarded the government check for all of the condemnation
<br /> monep to her. That when said sheriff�s deed Was delivered to her and at all the times mentioned in said
<br /> tenth caase of action said Eva L. Blenkiron and her husband and John J. Lambert, both senior and 3unior and
<br /> Elise Lambert were and still are non-residents of nebraska and were then and. naw are residents of California.

<br /> probate proceedings had in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in the matter of the estate of Jacob
<br /> Shoemaker, deceased, and affiant positi.vely knaws of his own personal knawledge+° that Anna Shcemaker� and
<br /> Hannah A. Shoemaicer, and Anna Rathman, whose estate Was administered in the County Court of Phelps County,
<br /> , Nebraska, above refered ta, was one and the samd identical person; and that Henry Rathman, Charles S.
<br /> Rathman and Kearn Rathman, mentioned as heirs at law of Anna Rathman, deccased, above referred to and Henry
<br /> Roth�nan, Charles Rothman and Kearn Rothman, grantors in deed recorded in Book 70 at Page 333 and Book 76 at
<br /> Page 55 and Book 76 at Page 56, are one and the same respective persons, notwithstanding the discrepancy in
