<br /> Walker, his wi.fe, were the owners of Lot 5 in Block 6 in Hann�s Third Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof, by virtue af a Warranty Deed recorded in

<br /> than 30 years last past: that I acquired title to Fractional Lot Two (2) in Fractional Block Four (4) of
<br /> John W. Lambertts Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by warranty, deed recorded in Book 59 at
<br /> pa��;e 374 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed said premises by warranty deed to Murel
<br /> S. Nelson, who �aas my son, and ,iane R, Nelson, wife of my said son, as joint tenants with right of survivor-
<br /> ship between them, which warranty deed was recorded in Rook 67 at page 215 of the Deed Records of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska; that of my own personal knowledge, I positively know that said ,Jane R. Nelson, wife of my
<br /> said son Murel S. Nelson, who was one of the grantees named in said warranty deed recorded in Book 6? at
<br /> page 215 of the Deed Records of Hall County, I3ebraska, died in the St. Francis Hospital in Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, on January 13, 1930.
