<br /> t�rand Island, Nebraska, in 1899; that during all times since 1899 he has lived within 12 blocks of Lot
<br /> Seven (7), above described; that he mov�d a building on the l.ot adjoining said Lot Seven (7) to-wit: Lot
<br /> Eight f8) about 35 years ago; that no house or other buildings were ever erected on said Lot Seven (7),
<br /> above described; that it has alWays been a vacant lot; that it has growid up to Weeds and �rass;
<br /> That no one claimed awnership to said lot as against Alf onzo Darling, Nho acquired said lot in 1912;
<br /> t�at Alf,�nzo Darling, transferred said lot to his daughter, Ethel May Lesh, and that up until 1949 no
<br /> buildings of any kind had been erected on said premises, and that no one had made claim of said premises
<br /> as against Alfonzo Darling or his daughter, Ethel May Lesh.
<br /> That affiant was acquainted with Alfonzo Darlin� during his lifetime; that he is na�w deceased; that
<br /> his children were Floyd Darling and Ethel Ma,y Lesh; t�t said lot was a vacant lot during all the time it
<br /> xas m,med by the said Alfonzo Darling and the said Ethel May Lesh.
