<br /> KNOt� ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> We, HAROLD G. STRASSER A SINGLE MA'N, of HALL County, Nebraska, having heretofor made application to
<br /> the Nebraska Loan f� Trust Companp of Grand Island, Nebraska, for a loan on the premises described below
<br /> and in consideration of the said Trust Company making said loan and for other good and valuable consideration � �
<br /> receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby assign and transfer to said Nebraska Loan & Trust Company
<br /> as additional securitp for said loan on the rents, income and profits arising out of the premises des- �.

<br /> Said Company may, in its discretion, use said rents for the payment of said loan or the accrued interest
<br /> thereon or delinquent ta.lces or payment of insurance premiums as it may deem best.
<br /> We, hereby authorize and empower the Nebraska Loan F� Trust Company its officers, agents or Attorneys �
<br /> to act for us in the collection of the rent from all of said premises and to receipt for said rent and to �
<br /> agree upon the prices of the rental to be paid, and look after the renting of said premises. `

<br /> IT IS FUitTHER AGREED That if the undersigned assignors or their successors, occupy said premises
<br /> during the existence of said loan, the Assignee, shall have the same rights of forfeiture, ejectment for �
<br /> forcible entry and detainer and such ether actions as it would have against an�* tenant occupying said
<br /> premises and having no interest therein. The Trust Company may have the right to waive the c�llection
<br /> of any part of said rent and if it does so, it shall not be construed as constituting a relinquishment of
<br /> any of the rights given under this assignment, but said rights may be exercised at any time said Truat
<br /> Company deems it advisable te do so and said rights shall continue so long as the mortgage or interest or
<br /> any part thereof remains a lien against said premises. �
<br /> IT IS FURTHF.R AGREF.D THAT THF, said Tr�zst Company shall not be liable for the loss of the collection
