<br /> Clara I3ADER, being first duly sworn deposes and says that she is a resident of the city of Grand
<br /> Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska and has been for more than twenty years past; that she was well
<br /> acquainted with Lucy Cramer, who was deceased in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 30th day of ,january, 1932;
<br /> that she visited Mrs. Cramer in her home and knew her for over a period of ten to fifteen years; that
<br /> ' the said Lucy Cramer had four children, Frank Cramer, a son; Winifred W. Cramer, a son, Mildred T. Scott,
<br /> a daughter and Fay Cramer, a son.
<br /> Further affiant sayeth that the said Lucy Cramer had only one chi.ld by the name of Fay; that the
<br /> said child was the said Lucy Cramerfs Son and resided in California; that he is the same person who as
<br /> Fay F. Cramer and Daisy Louise Cramer conveyed to Mildred T. Scott, the property described in the deed
<br /> as filed in Fiook 74, Page 553, Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Further affiant states that she knows that the person described as �ay Cramer, a daughter,. in the
<br /> probate proceedings in the Fstate of Lucy Cramer, deceased, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is
<br /> the same person as Fay Cramer, a son, aforesaid and Fay F. Cramer, aforesaid.
<br /> Further affiant sayeth that Lucy A. Cramer as referred to in rntry No. 14 and Lucy Cramer as referred
<br /> ` to in Entry No. 22 in the Abstract of Ti.tle to Lot 7, Rlock l� of the Original Town, now City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, are one and the same person.
