<br /> estate business in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska for many years; that he is the same person named
<br /> as mortgagee in the mortgage recorded in �3ook £35 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, Page
<br /> 33, and one of the r►or��a�c�s named in the mortgage recorded in Book 85 af the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, Page 191, wherein Narry McConnell and Mary E. McConnell, husband and wife, are mortgagors;
<br /> that at the time of the execution of the first mortgage examination of the title revealed the administration
<br /> proceedings i.n the estate of one Frank Mills, deceased, pending in the County Court of Lancaster Countq,
<br /> Nebraska, had not been completed; that on August 4, I938 an. instrument reported to be the Last Wi1Z and
<br /> iTesta.menr of Frank Mills hac� been filed for probate and i.n which Last Will and Testament he named Maude
<br />� L. Mills, his wife, as sole beneficiary and devisee; tha�; it became necessary for the said Harry McConnell
<br /> j to file additional gleadi.ngs for the determii.atior. of heirship and that this affiant was well familiar
<br />; with such pr�ceedings and determined from his awn investigation and inquiry made at that time in his own
<br /> behalf and in behalf of the said Harry McConnell t�hat Maude L. Mil].s, widow, was unmarried and that she
<br />; had ne�er r�emarr�ed from the time of the death of her husband, Frank Mills, to approximately February 15,
<br /> 1.945 and on the basis of inquiry and investigation made at that time he knows of his own knowledge that
<br /> Ma.uc�e�. L, Mills was a widow on January 3, 1939, being the date she executed and acknowledged a certain
<br /> quitclaim deed to her interest in the above entitled premises recorded in Book '79, Page 363.
