<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, and is a licensed funeral director and mortician and has practiced his profession
<br /> in Grand Island, Nebraska, for more than fifteen years last past; that he was well and personally acquain-
<br /> ted with Harry L. Jones, one of the grantees in a certain Warranty Deed conveying the above described
<br /> premises, which deed is recorded in Book 68, at page 356 of the need Records of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> that affiant personally knows af his own personal knowledge that the above referred to Harry L. Jones
<br /> departed tha.s life on the 26th day of April 1946; that the affiant prepared his remains for burial and
<br /> officiated at his funeral which was had on the 29th day of Agril 1946, and that his remains were buried
<br /> in Grand Island, Nebraska Cemet_ary.
