<br /> In consideration of the Nebraska Loan � Trust Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, making a loan to me/
<br /> us the undersigned, in the sum of $11000.00, which is to be secured by a First Mortgage on the following
<br /> described real estatc:
<br /> The Northerly 1�,�entq (20) feet of the Southerlp siuctq-four and one half (642) feet of Lot Five ;
<br /> (5), in Block Fifty-five (55), in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> and for the purpose of further securing said loan we here sell, assign and transfer unto the Nebraska .
<br /> Loan Fa Trust Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, all rents or rentals and income to be due or received frosn
<br /> : said propertp and hereby agree that in case of default of the payment of any taxes when the same shall
<br /> become delinquent, or in the case of default of the payment of anq interest on said mortgage, or in the
<br /> default in the payment of any insurance when due, or upon the papment of the principal of said mortgage
<br /> when the same shall become due, then and in any of the said events, the Nebraska Loan f� Trust Company
<br /> is herebq authorized and empoW�red to collect all rents from said property and to apply the same to the
<br /> payment of the taaces, the interest, insurance or principal which map be in default and this assignment
<br /> shall constitute suffieient anthority for said Nebraska Loan � Trust Company to collect and apply said �
<br /> rents as above set forth and the undersigned further consents, in case of default, to the immediate �
<br /> appointment of a receiver upon application to the court having jurisdiction for the purpose of collection �
<br /> of said rents or rentals as set forth.
<br /> This assignment shall be irrevocable until said mortgage and all delinquent ta.xes, interest and
<br /> insurance �Sremiums have been paid in accordance with the terms of the mortgage to be executed by us on

<br /> Avenue more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point 158 feet north of
<br /> the Southwest corner of said Lot 17, running thence East parallel r�ith the South Boundary
<br /> line of said Lot 1? for a distance of 132 feet, running thence North, parallel with the
<br /> West boundary line of said lot 17, for a distance of 52 feet and eight inches, running thence
