<br /> that the Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home prepared the bodq for burial and that the said John J. Jezewski
<br /> was buried on February 10, 1951 at the Grand Island Cemetery, Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br /> Island, Hall Countp, Nebraska; that he was well and personally acquainted with Charles Martin, one of the
<br /> Grantees in one certain Warranty Deed conveging the above described premises, which deed was dated Julp
<br /> 20th, 1931 and recorded in Book ?2, Page 405 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska; and that affiant
<br />, knows of his own personal knowledge that the said Charles Martin departed this life in Omaha, Nebraska on
<br /> January 25th, 1933 and the remains bu�ied in an Omaha cemetery under date of January 27th, 1933.

<br /> Paul Sothman being first duly sWOrn on oath deposes and saqs that he is Well acquainted with Rose C.
<br /> Sothmann, who is mentioned as grantee in a warranty deed wherein said Lots 2 and 4 in Block 9 in Scarffts
<br /> Addition to West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand Islan.d, N�braska was con�eyed to her, said deed
<br /> being dated October 19, 1912, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> on the 19th day of October, 1912, in Aook 51, at Page 147.
<br /> Affiant further states that the said Rose C. 8othraann was married at Grand Island, Nebraska on the
<br /> llth day of September, 1919 to Mathew H. Manuel, and that thereafter�� said Rose C. Sothmann, then Rose
<br /> C. Manuel and her husband Mathew H. Manuel conveyed said above described proptrty by Warranty deed to
<br /> Alma Sothmann, said deed being dated July 11, 1921 and filed for record in the office of the Register
<br /> of Deeds in Hall Countp, Nebraska on the 22nd daq of July, 1921, in Book 5? at Page 507.
<br /> A certified copy of the m�rriage license and certificate of marriage of the said Rose C. Sothman and
<br /> Mathew H. Manuel is attached to this affidavit and made a part hereof. And your affiant further states
<br /> that the said Rose C. Sothmann mentioned as grantee in warranty deed and the Rose C. Sothman mentioned in
<br /> marriage license and marriage certificate and the said Rose C. Manuel mentioned as one of the grautors
<br /> in one of said warranty deed, are on and the same person despite the discrepancy in names.
