<br /> 5, The lessor shall furnish to the Government, during the occupancy of said premises, under the terms
<br /> of this lease, as part of the rental con.sideration, the following:

<br /> 7. The lessor shall not, during the term of this lease erect any structures on the premises, nor use
<br /> nor allow the use of the said pr�mises in any manner without the written consent of the Department of
<br /> Com�r,erce, Civil Aeror.autics Administration. �
<br /> 8, The Goverriment s�all have;the right, dur.irg the existence of this lease, to make alterations,
<br /> attach f�tures and erect additions, structures or signs, in or upon the premises hereby leased which
<br /> fixtures, a.dditions, or structures so placed in or upon or attached to the said premises sh�,ll be and
<br />� remair the property o.f the Goverrment .and may be removed therefrom by the Government upon the termination
<br /> of this lease or withir. 90 r3ays thereafter.
<br /> 9. The Goverrment' shall pay the lessor, for the premises, rent at the following rate:
<br /> One Hundred T'ifty an.d 00�1�0 Dollars (�1�0.00) per annum. This lease is subiect to an appropriation by
<br /> Congress of the necessary funds from which payments may be made. Payment shall be made at �he end of.each
<br /> Quarter. _
<br /> 10. ?�;o i��tember of or �elegate to Congress or Resident Cammissioner shall be admitted to any share or
<br /> pa.rt of this lease or to any benefit to arise therefrom. Nothing, however, herein contained shall be
<br /> construed to extend to any �ncorporated company, if the lease be for the general '�enefi� of such corporation
<br /> or company. ,
<br /> 11. The Contractor shall n.ot discriminate agains't any employee or appTicant for employm�nt because of
<br /> race, `creed, color, or national origin. The contractor shall include a similar provision in any subcontract
<br /> he may enter into, ir coni�eetion with the performance of this contract. ; (Executive Order 9346, dated �Tay

<br /> ` 12. This lease supersedes lease l�o. C5ca-4695 which expires by. limitation June 30, 1951.
<br /> 13. The las* sentence of Article 2, page one heieto , beginning 'tTogether with,T� and Article 5, page
<br /> two hereof, were deleted, and Articlee 12 and 13 hereof were added prior to the signature of all parties
<br /> to the lea$e.
