<br /> Ralph E. Soder�trom, being first duly sworn upon his oath, says that the claim shown in the abstract
<br /> to Ralph J. Soderstrom in the estate of C. J. Soderstrom was a typographical error and affiant is one and
<br /> the same person with claimant and received payment for his claim, and the abstract shows in the final
<br /> decree, "The court finds that all claims filed in said estate have been paid, including county taxes,
<br /> and that all;other claims, both absolute and contingent, are forever barred;ttthat the court costs,
<br /> appraisers fees and attorneys fees have been paid in full. Affiant further states that the son of C. J.
<br /> Soderstrom named in the will as Arthur Soderstrom, died a single man and without direct heirs prior to
<br /> the death of C. J. Soderstrom. Affiant further states that the wife of C. J. Soderstrom was Ida
<br /> Soderstrom and that she predeceased C. J. Soderstrom and that he did not remarry and that he left no
<br /> widow surviving him. That affiant and his wife, Marie Soderstrom, were both living on April 15, 1947.
