<br /> in West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> by Refereets Deed dated May 27, 1935, and recorded in Book ?4 of Deeds at Page 671 tlzea�eof in the Deed
<br /> Records of Hall County, Nebraska and with Margaret Hostler Mevis, one of the defendants in case number
<br /> 10260 in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, the same being an action for a foreclosure of tax
<br /> liens and having been filed on April 30, 1945, and that the said Margaret Hostler Meves and Margaret
<br /> Hostler Mevis i9 one and the same person, not withstanding said discrepancy in names.

<br /> THIS AGREEMENT Made this lst day of March 1951 between Harry D. Brown and Viola P. Brown, also known as
<br /> Viola Brown, his wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of each other, of the first part, and
<br /> Lewis E. Klein of the second part,
<br /> WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part have this day bargained and sold to the party of
<br /> the second part, and said second party has agrepd to purchase the following described real estate, situated
<br /> in the county of Hall and State of Nebraska to wit:
