<br /> You and each of you are hereby notified that on the 16th day of February, 1951, the County of Hall,
<br /> State of Nebraska, filed its petition in the above entitled case in the District Court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, consisting of 10 Causes of Action against the defendants named in said Petition, concerning
<br /> the real estate in said Cause of Action hereinafter set forth.
<br /> The object and prayer of said petition is to foreclose the Tax Sales Certificates of each Cause of
<br /> Action as set forth in said petition, together with the subsequent taxes thereon, and the Plaintiff claims
<br /> that there is due the respective amount set forth in each Cause of Action in said Petition, and that each
<br /> of said Tax Sales Certificates is a first, paramount and superior lien on the respective real estate
<br /> therein described, and prays for an accounting of the amount found due and for sale of the real estate
<br /> hereafter described to satisfp the amount found due for its liens from the said Tax Sale Certificates and
<br /> " subsequent taxes, with interest and costs.
