<br /> In consideration of the sum of Five Dollars ($5.00), receipt of which is herebp ackna�ledged, and of
<br /> the further a�reements herein stated, the undersigned, (hereinafter called Grantors), hereby graat and con-
<br /> veq to LOUP RIVER PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT, Colwnbus, Nebraska, a public corporation, (hereinafter called
<br /> • Grantee), its successors and assigns, a right-of way for the construction, maintenance and operation
<br /> thereon of an etectric transmission line consfsting of poles, towers, wires, eq�ipment and fixtures, with
<br /> right to alter, repair and remove the sarae in whole or in part at any time, wliich right-of�ay shall extend
<br /> on each side of the center of the line as now surveyed over and across the follrnring described real estate
<br /> situated in Hall County, Nebraska, viz:
<br /> _ North half of Section Ten, Township Twelve North, Range Eleven West (N� 10-12N-11W) of the 6th P.M.
<br />' Grantee shall al�o have the right of ingress and egress across Grantorts property for any purpose
<br /> necessary in connection with the construetion, operation, maintenance, inspection and removal of said line.
<br /> Such ingress and egress shall be e�cercised in a reasonable manner and as nearly as possible in conformity

<br /> with the wishes of the oWner or occupar�t of the premises.
<br /> Grantee shal:l also have the ri�ht at any time to trim or remove such trees and unclerbrush as may in
<br /> any wap interfere with the safe uperation of the lines and cquipment used in connection thereNith.
<br /> Grantee shall at all tiznes exercise all due care and diligence to avoid damage to the fences, crops, ��
<br /> live-stock or other personal property on said real estate and shall indemnifp and save harmless the Gra�tors
<br /> from any such damage occurring to such property by reason of the construction, operation, �aintenance and
<br /> removal of said transmission lines. �

<br /> �'' Grantors, their heirs or assigns, shall not allow any building or other struc,ture, hap or strar� stack,
<br /> trees or anq other combustible material or property to remain or be placed under or near the transmi�sion
<br /> lines, poles or fixtures in such a manner as to interfere with the safe operation or maintenance of said
<br /> lines or in such manner as migh result in damage to the property of either partp frora fire or any other
<br /> cause.
<br /> In event of removal of the transmission line and abandonment of the right-of way for a period of five
<br /> years, then this easement shall ter�inate and all rights under it shall revert to the Grantors, their heirs
<br /> or assigns. ,
<br /> Grantors, their heirs or as�signs, shall be entitled to the full use and enjoyment of said premises,
<br /> sub�ect only to the rights of Grantee herein conveyed.
<br /> The total paym�nt for rights herein granted shall be made on the following basis:
<br /> In Meadow or In Permanent Pasture or
<br /> Cvltivated Fields Uncultivated Land

<br /> For Anchors with Guys-------------------------Twenty-Five Dollars Each---Twelve and one half Dollars Each
