<br /> In cunsideratii�n of the sum of Five Dollars ($5.00), receipt uf which is herebp a��o�iea�ea, and of

<br /> convep to LOUP RIVER PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT, Colu�nbus, Nebraska, a public corporation, (hereinafter called
<br /> Grantee), its �uccessors and assi�ns, a rigMt-of�ap for the construction, maintenance and operation
<br /> thereon of an electric transmission. line consisting of poles, towers, wires, equipment and fixtures, Wi.th
<br /> right t�o alter, repair and remove the same in whole or in part at any time, which right-of way shall
<br /> extend on each side of the center of the line as now surveyed over and across the follm+in� described
<br /> real estate situated in Ha11 County, Nebraska, viz: �

<br /> Grantee shall also have the ri�ht of ingress and e�ress across Grantcrts property for anp p�rpuse

<br /> Such ingress and e�ress shall be exercised in a reasonable manner and as nearly as possible in conformity
<br /> with the wishes of the oWner or occupant of the pre�ises.
<br /> Grantee shall also have the right at anp ti�ne to trim or remove such trees and underbruah as may in
<br /> any way interfere �rith the safe operation vf thc lines and �qui�nent used in connection therewith.
<br /> Grantee shall at a1.1 times exercise all due care and diligence to avoid da�nage to the fenee�, crops,
<br /> live-stock or other personal propertq on sa�.d real e�tate and shall indemnify and save harr�less the
<br /> Grantors frcun any such dama�e occurring to such propertp by reason of the construction, operatian, main-
<br /> tenance and removal of said transmission lines.
<br /> Grantors, their heirs or assigns, sha11 not allow any building or other structure, hay or straw stack,
<br /> tree� or any other combustible material or prupertp to remain or be placed tander or nesr the transmissiont
<br /> lines, poles or fixtures i.n such a manner as to interfere with the safe operation or maintenance of said
<br /> lines or in such manner as might result in da�age to the propertp of either'party from fire or anp other
<br /> cause.
<br /> In event of removal of the transmission line and �bandonment of the right-of t�ay for a period of
<br /> fiv� pears, then this easement sha11 terrninate and all right$ under it shall revert to the Grantors,
<br /> their heirs or assi�ns.
<br /> Grantors, their heirs or assigns, sha11 be entitled to the full use and en�oyment of said premises,
<br /> sub�ect only to the rights of Grantee herein conveyed.
