<br /> �ti In consideration of the sam of Five Dollars ($5.00), receipt of Which is hereby ackaowled�ed, and of
<br /> the further agreements herein stated, the undersigned, (k�ereinafter called Gr�ntors), herebp grant and
<br /> convey to LOUP RIVER PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT, Colwnbus, Nebraska, a public �orporation, (hereinafter called
<br /> Grantee), its successors and assigns, a right-of-way for the construction, maintenance and operation thereon
<br /> of an electric transmission line consisting of pales, towers, wires, equip�aent and fixtures, with rigk�t
<br /> to alter, repair and remove the sa�e in whole or in part at any time, which right-of way shall eutend on
<br /> each side cf the center of the line as no�+ surv�ycd over and acros� the folloWin� described real estate
<br /> situated in Hall County, Nebraska, viz:
<br /> South half, excepting Railroad right of way, of Section Seven, Township Tarelve North, Range
<br /> Twelve West (S� ex, R.R. r.b;,�v. ?-12N-12W) of the 6th P.M.
<br /> Grantee shall also have the right of ingress and egress across Grantor�s property for anq purpo$e
<br /> necessary in connection with the construction, operation, maintenance, inspection ar� removal of said line,
<br /> Such ingress and e�ress shall be exercised in a reasonab le manner and as n�arly as possible in conformity
<br /> with the wishes of the owner or occupant of the premises.
<br /> Grantee shall also have the right at any time to trim or remove such trees and underbrush as map in
<br /> any way int�rfere with the safe operation of the lines and eqaipment used in connection therewith.
<br /> Gr�,ntee shall at all times exercise all due care and diligence to avoid damage to the fences, crops,
<br /> live-stock or other personal property on said real estate and shall indemnifp and save harmless the Grantors
<br /> from any snch dama�e occurring to such property by reason of the construction , operation, maintenance
<br /> and removal of said transnn.i.ssion lines.
<br /> Grantors, their heirs or assigns, shall nut allc�w any buildin� or other structure, haq or straw stack,
<br /> trees or any other combustible material or property to ramaia or be placed under or near the transmission
<br /> lin�s, poles or fixtures in such a manner as to interfere with the safe operation or maintenance of said
<br /> lines or in snch manner as might result in damage to the property of either partp from fire or any other
<br /> cause.
<br /> In event of rer�oval of the transmission line and abandonment of the right-of wap for a periof of
<br /> five years, then this easement shall terminate and all rights under it shall revert to the Grantors, their
<br /> heirs or assigns.
<br />! Grantors, their heirs or assigns, shall be entitled to the full use and en�oyment of said premises,
<br /> sub3ect only to the ri�hts of Grantee herein conveyed.
<br /> The total paqment for rights hcrein granted shall be made on the following bagis: .
<br /> In Meadow or In Permanent Pasture or
<br /> Cultiwated Fields Uncultivated Land
