<br /> the further agreemGnts herein stated, the undersigned, (hereinafter called Grantors), hereby �rant and
<br /> convey to LOUP RIpER� PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT, Columbus, Nebraska, a public corporation, (hareinafter called.
<br /> Grantee), its snccessors and assigns, a right-of Way for the construction, maintenance and operation thereon
<br /> of an electr3c transmission line consisting of poles, towers, wires, equipment and fixtures, with right t8
<br /> alter, repair and remove the same in whole or in part at any time, Which ri�ht-of-wap shall eactend on eaci�
<br /> side of the center of the line as naw �urveyed over and across the follo�rin� described real estate situated
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, viz:
<br /> Northwest quarter of Section Eight, Town�hip Twelve North, Range Nine West (NW� 8-12N-9W)
<br /> of the 6th P.M.
<br /> Grantee shall also h�ve the right of ingress and e�ress acros� Grantorts property for a.up purpose
<br /> necessary in connection with th� construction, operation, maintenance, inspection and removal of said line�
<br /> Such ingress and egress shall be exercised in a reasonable manner and as nearlp as possible 3�n conformity
<br /> with the wishes of the oxner or occupant of the premises.
<br /> Grantee shall also have the right at anp time to trim or remove such trees and underbrush as map in
<br /> any wap interfere with the safe operation of the lines and equipment used in connectioa therewith.
<br /> Grantee shall at all times exercise al.l due care and diligence to avoid damage to the fences, crops,
<br /> live-stock or other personal property on said real est�te and shall indemnify and save harmless the Grantors
<br /> from any such damage occurring to such property by reason of the construction, operation, ma3.ntenanee and
<br /> removal of said transmission lines. �
<br /> Grantors, their heirs or assigns, shall not allow any building or other strueture, hay or straw stack,
<br /> trees or any other combustible material or property to remain or be placed under or near the transmission:�
<br /> lines, poles or fiatures in such a raanner as to interfere with the safe operation or maintenatic� of said
<br />� lines or in such manner as mi.ght result in da�nagc to the property of either partp from fire or any other
<br /> cause.
<br /> In ewent of removal of the transmission line and abandonment of the right-of waq for a period of
<br /> I five pears, then thc�s easement shall terminate and all rights under it shall revert to the Grantors, their
<br /> heirs or assigns.
<br /> Grantors, their heirs or assigns, shall be entitled to the full use and en�oyment of said premises,
<br /> sub�ect only to the rights of Grantee herein conveyed. °

<br /> The total payment for rights herein granted sha11 be made on the following basis :
<br /> In Meadow or In Permanent Pasture or
<br /> I Cultivated Fields Uncultivated Land
