<br /> In consideration of the sum of F3ve ` Dollars ($5.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of
<br /> the further agreements herein stated, the undersi�ned, (hereinafter called Grantors), hereby gra�at and
<br /> convey to LOUP RIVER PUBLIC POWER DfSTRICT, Col�nbus, Nebraska, a pnblie corporation, (hereinafter called
<br /> "'� Grantee), its successors and assigns, a right-of way for the construction, mainten�nce and operation there-
<br /> on of an electric transmissiun line eonsisting of poles, towers, wires, equipiaent and fixtures, with right
<br /> to alter, repair and remove the same in whole or in part at any time, �hich right-of-way shall e�ctend on
<br /> each side of the center of the line as now suxweyed over and �cross the follawing described real estate
<br /> situated in Hall County, Nebraska, viz: '

<br /> Grantee shall also have the right of ingress and egress aeross Grantorfs propertq for any purpose •
<br /> necessary in connection with the construction, operation, �aintenance, inspection and removal of said
<br /> line. Such in ress and e ress shall be exercised in a reasunable ma.nner and as nearly as possible in

<br /> conformity with the wishes of the owner or occupant of the premises.
<br /> Grantee shall also have the right at any time to trim or remove snch trees and underbrush as may in
<br /> any way interfere with the safe operation of the linea and equipm�nt nsed in connection therewith.
<br /> Grantee shall at all times exereise all due eare and diligence to avoid dama�e to the fences, crops,
<br /> live-stock or other personal property on said real estate and shali indemnif� and save ha.rmless the
<br /> Grantors from any such damage occurring to such property by reason of the construction, operatiun, main-
<br /> tenance and remowal of said transmission lines.
<br /> Grantors, their heirs or assigns, shall not allc�w anp building or otMer structuee, hay or straW stack,
<br /> trees or any other combustible inaterial or propertq to remain or be placed under or near the transmission
<br /> lines, poles or fixtnres in s�ach a manner as to interfere with the safe operation or n�aintenance of said
<br /> lines or in such manner as might result in da.mage to the property of ei�her party from fire or any other
<br /> cause.
<br /> In event of rernoval of the transmission line and abandonment of the right-of waq for a period of five
<br /> qears, then this easement shall terminate and all righhts under it shall revert to the Grantors, their
<br /> heirs or assigns.
<br /> Grantors, their heirs or assigns, shall be entitled to the fcil:l use and en�oyment of said premises,
<br /> subject only to the rights of Grantee herein conveped.
<br /> The to�al payment for rights here3n granted shall be ma.de on the following basis:
<br /> In Meaduw or In Permanent Pasture or
<br /> Cultivated Fields Uncultivated Land
