<br /> gra.ntor in a certain warranty deed dated April 21, 1945, and file3 for recor3 in the office of the
<br /> Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on October 26, 1950.
<br /> Wherein she reserved a life estate in the above described premises f or herself; that he knows of his own
<br /> personal knowledge that the said Carie L. Rice died at the St, Francis Hospital in the City of Grand
<br /> Island, ATebraska on the 25th day of October, 1950, and that he had charge of her funeral an3 buried her
<br /> in the Grand Islan3 Cemetery on the 27th da.y of October, 1950,
