<br /> scribed premisess Coromencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 20; thence southerly �
<br /> on the Y�est line of said Section 20 a distance of 2,064.5 feet; thence easterly 105 degrees
<br /> 07 minutes left a distance of 111.3 feet; thence southcrly 105 degrees 07 minutes right a
<br /> ciistance of 435.2 feet; thence continuing southerly 4 degrees 31 minutes left a distance of
<br /> 65.8 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing southeriy on the last described

<br /> It being the intention of grantors and grantee that said grantors by this instrument are di-
<br /> vesting themselves of the title to any land in said Section 20 bounded on the East by the
<br /> Union Pacific right-of-way, on the South by the tract of land previously deeded to State of
<br /> Nebraska on date of April 7, 1961, on record in Book 134 of Deeds at page 211 thereof, on
<br /> the West by the old public highway and on the North by part of the Platte River, and are
<br /> conveying any interest that said grantors may have in any of said land to said grantea which
<br /> may not have been accurately described in a Warranty Deed previously given by said grantors
<br /> to said grantee and which has previously been filed for record and which is illustrated on
<br /> the attached plat and colored pink.
